PLEASE NOTE: I will not be in the gym for the 8am, 10am or noon classes. The gym will still be open for the 10am and noon times! There will not be an instructor present, so you can use it as open gym if you would prefer or come do the WOD as prescribed. Class as scheduled for the evening classes.
