Luckily I just installed some more rings today!  No matter what your skill level, we will get you on the rings.  The gymnastics aspect of CrossFit can be thought of as the ability to control your body in space, or the incredibly hard, frustrating aspect of CrossFit.  However you view it, these progressions are important to focus on.  Scroll through our Foundations document to read some more about the importance of gymnastics.
