“The Bong” crack

I was standing on nothing, 50ft off the ground, comfortable with my position and still not quite sure how I was going to reach the top.  I had a flashback to a conversation we had previously in the day about math skills.

About how my teachers never did a good job of explaining why math was important.  The idea is that math is important because it teaches you how to break complex problems down into manageable parts, which relates to all types of life situations.

In turn, this reminds me of CrossFit and what we do there.  We do incredible things other people are looking at as impossible.

We face these challenges one step, one pull or one rep at a time until we finish.  All this happens in a flash, and then I think about where to put my foot next.
