One second to go, the anticipation!!

Another market delivery tomorrow and I’m noticing more and more people delving into the wonderful world of nutrition.  I just found this link on another gym’s site, and it is just what I’m looking to get started!  I hear a blogspot isn’t that complicated to set up, so hopefully we will have a place to plan and share our recipes and tips for some good eats!  When we finally get the nutrition forum running, we will be the new kids on the blog.  The CrossFit Dupage Nutrition blog has a couple very good sites, like the Exuberant Animal, Eat.Move.Improve and Robb Wolf.  Great stuff, that links to other great stuff…Oh, I found this fun article as well in the NY Times.  Let the homemade bacon party begin!
