Have you ever checked out the CrossFit Kids website?  Their workouts are similar to today, but I guarantee you they are no walk in the park.  Remember the ol’ CrossFit adage, the easier it looks on paper the harder it is.  The harder it looks on paper the harder it is. Have fun today!
