That’s right, we’re going heavy again! I may be paranoid, but I feel the need to defend the days spent with heavy lifting. I can see it in your eyes, you are not sure this is as good for you as a burning, ass-kicking CrossFit style workout you know and love. If you haven’t figured it out yet, this IS a CrossFit workout and getting strong is a good thing!
