All Ramped Up!

We are fond of stating that our workouts average 20 minutes or less, or that anaerobic work builds aerobic capacity.  However, we must not forget that our definition of fitness includes increasing our work capacity across broad time domains.  How many WODs have you attempted that lasted longer than thirty minutes?

 An hour?  We constantly vary the movements in the workouts, but it is easy to forget about the rest of the equation.

 Time to put our mouths to the test.  Good luck to all those that accept the suckfest today.  It will be a test of mental fortitude, so remember to stay positive.  Check out this article from the Journal about performance psychology.
