I’ve never watched the show, but I have come to understand that this gym is like the island from the TV show “Lost.”  Time and space have no meaning here.  Take a week off and it feels like you have gone forever.  Our second On Ramp class is graduating this week!  We have had our doors open for two and a half months.

 The only constant is change…

  • Rest days will no longer be run as open gym, but as a structured class in which we work on certain skills that are not generally found in the mainsite WODs.  This will include gymnastics work, transfer strength skills, shorter WODs and guest classes.  Please contact us if you have would like to make up a workout or have any particular needs.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

  • If you have a reusable water bottle, please bring it with you.  If you don’t have one, try to marker one of the plastic cups and stash it for another day.

     Hopefully we’ll offer PCF water bottles soon!

  • Some other random things coming up include:  more bumper plates and the “Clock Gone Bad,” some type of online workout log, more whiteboards for posting upcoming events like climbing, special rest day classes, etc.
