Happy Halloween everyone!

Here comes the hard season.  In the next few months, we will be inundated with social and familial obligations and pressures.  The excuses will be around every corner for why we can’t stick with our diet or make a WOD.  I say to hell with that!  Go crazy!  Have a Halloween without candy!  A Thanksgiving without mashed potatoes and stuffing!  Remember what you work so hard for in here and keep it going strong!  How about this one…a New Years without a resolution.
