I have been waxing philosophical about my stretching routine lately, but I wanted to remind you something you already know.

 The key to being a kick ass athlete is not in the stretching.

 It is achieved through regular hard work!  I absolutely loved this article from Glassman about recovery.  Think of stretching as the icing on the constantly varied high intensity cake.

 Yummy!
