Before I get started, I just rewatched this video of Josh Everett doing Isabel, it amazes me every time I see it.

I was just perusing through some of the older journal articles and I ran across this gem about climbing.  In time, I hope to have a healthy selection of climbing apparatuses to play on as well.

 I loved the idea that the most bad ass crossfitter may struggle in the face of such an obstacle.  It welcomes a completely different type of challenge, both physically and mentally.  Some may never be able to overcome their fear of heights, while others find peace in the movements.

 Where do you stand?

These variant realms should be explored regularly.
