If you haven’t noticed, I’m becoming borderline obsessed with stretching these days. I am planning on putting myself on a 3 times a day plan to see how it affects my performance and recovery. The following are the tools I am using to advance my stretching knowledge: Roger Harrell’s website drillsandskills.com for basic flexibility manuevers and the Performance Menu’s “Getting Stiff” for the nitty gritty details of why DROM works prior to a workout or how static stretching works, among other interesting info.
