How often do you think about your abs when you row? Or during a kipping pull up? Even a squat? If not, do 150 GHD situps, wait 2 days, then attempt any of the above exercises or any crossfit movement at all for that matter.

Kelly Starrett said at the Chasing Performance seminar that we should abolish the word ‘core’ and instead exclusively use the term ‘midline stabilization.
‘ That is what our abdominal muscles are used for primarily, to stabilize the spine. When performing any lifts in which a stable midline is required, you should be thinking about pulling your belly button in towards your spine to tighten your cor-I mean, midline stabilization!
