It Works!
Jordan, Scott and myself decided to see how much we can bench press today, and the results were amazing!
Jordan and myself set PRs and Scott just set his benchmark to test on a future date. I have bench pressed on one occassion, at a certification, in the past 5 or 6 years, yet today I benched 200 pounds!
I couldn’t believe it! Going in I was hoping to hit my bodyweight of 150, but it just went up easy, and it kept going up! Thank you push ups and overhead presses!

21-15-9 reps of
Squat Cleans
Kettlebell Swings
Knees to Elbows
For the cleans the prescribed weight is 95 men/ 65 women and the swings 55 men/ 35 women. Scale as necessary. If the cleans are a new movement to you GO LIGHT!
Weighted push ups are hard!
