A great test of your current level of fitness. A well rounded beginner can complete 7 rounds without any assistance.

Have you been working on your kipping pullups or just using the assistance bands or jumping?

Make sure your chin goes above the bar and your arms are fully extended at the bottom of every rep. If you’re a total badass, try to get your chest to touch the bar every rep. Can you make it the whole way without going on your knees for push ups?

Performing a standard push up properly when exhausted can be a challenge no matter how strong you are. Check out the link below for the standards and faults.
