Sometimes you just need to do something that is absolutely awful, just to say you did it.  Like running a marathon.  ( I know some of you head cases out there actually enjoy that!)  Like today’s workout.  This hurts and it seems like it will never end…but when you do finish there is an additional sense of pride.  Maybe you won’t even think it was that bad, but I doubt it.
