Happy New Year!

A lot has happened over the holidays, I got married on the beach yada yada yada I ended up in the hospital two days later.

I had the chance to tell a few doctors about the benefits of squats, before they stuck my hip back in its socket.

I also apologize in advance that I may not be on time as frequently, because my Vespa is officially totalled.
