Breakfast

Almost always: 1/2 cup egg whites, 2 eggs, spinach, salsa, half an avocado, 4 pieces of bacon.

 

Lunch/Dinner

If I have made bulk, I make Spaghetti Squash and Buffalo for the week or Ground Turkey and lettuce wraps.

I eat fish at least once a day.

I also make bulk brussel sprouts and bacon to eat with lunch or dinner. 

 

On The Go

I eat things on the Go a lot. I spend most of my time at Whole Foods. I eat from the hot bar or get sushi. I also get food from the taco bar (bowl, no beans).

Chipotle: chicken fajitas, salsa, guacamole. Mendocino Farms: Blue cow salad- no cheese. 

 

Snacks and other Thoughts

I usually take SFH post workout after training. I get Perfect foods bars or Warrior Meals from Whole Foods. Lots of coffee (Americano).
