Breakfast

2-3 hard boiled eggs and a caveman coffee (12 ounces black coffee, a small handful cacao butter chunks, spoonful coconut oil, dash of heavy whipping cream…blended)

 

Lunch

1lb grassfed ground beef, sautéed veggies in ghee, lots of kale and green vegetables

 

Dinner

Spaghetti squash with grassfed beef or free range chicken. I try and sauté a few veggies with some onion and garlic and top with homemade tomato sauce.

I usually spend Sunday’s cooking for the week and preparing my meals.  My go to for the week is to slow cook enough chicken for the week. I’ll eat the chicken for snacks or, if time permits, make homemade mayonnaise and make chicken salad and eat as lettuce wraps.

-Chili is also great to have in the fridge. Lots of beef, veggies, beans are optional, add spices…it’ll last all week.

-I prepare 2 dozen hard boiled eggs to eat for breakfast, life saver.

 

Snacks and other Thoughts

I drink water all day, as much as I can. Red wine in the evenings a few days a week.
