With this seminar, we are looking to tackle another important area witin our community: support for the female CrossFit athlete.

**THIS EVENT IS OPEN AND FREE FOR ALL WOMEN TO ATTEND. You do not need to be a current CrossFit athlete or Paradiso member.
**The class will be hosted by one of our coaches Tessie Tracy from 11:30-1pm on Sunday May, 21st at our 711 Hampton facility in Venice.
**Tessie is a CrossFit Level 2 Instructor, Certified Eating Psychology & Mind Body Nutrition Coach, as well as a Global Ambassador for the Body Image Movement and she loves supporting women to optimize health & fitness in a sustainable, empowering way.
