CrossFit Level 2 Coach
2014 CrossFit Games Team Athlete
Freestyle Connection Seminar Coach
I started gymnastics at age 3, and in sixth grade I switched to cheerleading. This is where I cultivated my drive to learn and create movement. I received a full scholarship for cheerleading to Hawaii Pacific University where I won 2 national titles. I then moved to Austin, TX to complete my degree in Health Promotion at the University of Texas. Post cheerleading, I found CrossFit, which renewed my desire to compete. I have qualified and competed at the South Central/South Regional for the past 4 years and the California Regional this year. In 2014 my team, CrossFit Central Downtown Black, won regional’s and competed at the 2014 CrossFit Games.
Based on my gymnastics and cheerleading background, my favorite part of CrossFit is gymnastics! I am a Level 2 CrossFit coach and have 14 years of coaching experience between gymnastics, cheerleading, fitness and CrossFit. I love sharing what I am passionate about with others!
