OC Throwdown

Lara has qualified for the OC Throwdown. The Competition will be on January 12th and 13th. A crowd is always greatly appreciated and the event is extremely fun to watch. Many impressive athletes come together and give it their all. Not to mention all the swag up for grabs. This is the largest anual crossfit event besides Regionals and the Games. Find out more here.
