Bonnie McAfee

Bonnie moved to Los Angeles after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Legal Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo in New York State in 2009. She is currently working towards her Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources at Loyola Marymount University.

Bonnie was a competitive gymnast, practicing for over eleven years. She coached gymnastics to children ages 1+ ranging in skill from pre-school fundamentals to compulsory level competitors.  As a type 1 (Juvenile) diabetic, she understands the importance of a holistic and personalized approached to health, happiness, fitness and flexibility. Her favorite part of CrossFit is the community and support system it builds. She is proud to be a Paradiso athlete and employee, and loves finding new partners with whom she can train, compete, and be happy!
