B. Williams is ready for this weekend, hope you are too! We will be meeting somewhere near Mast St in Marina del Rey this Saturday after the Box Jump for volleyball and a beach ocean swim Wod! Click here for map of location.
Some of the hardest workouts I have done are less than 5 minutes long. Do not be fooled by the short time domain today! This will be a test to see if you can go full throttle for the full 3 minutes! No strategy, no time to worry about, just go!!
My guess is that the workout tomorrow will be this same chipper, but for 6 minutes, then the entire chipper for time on Friday. These just happen to be the final three workouts of the Games, except they had to perform the workouts three times in a row with just a minute or two rest between efforts. I could be wrong, but I would get ready for another fun and unique cycle. Don’t worry, we’ll be adding a little extra flavor to the top!
