Ok, so it’s that time again. Our second Paleo Challenge is getting ready to kick off Sunday March 13 beginning with a potluck hosted by Miso (not a typo).
These challenges require some degree of planning if you are going to be successful and therefore the challenge really starts in the week before the launch date. For some of you this means you have until the 13th to eat all the crap in your house.
While I don’t advocate binge eating till you vomit, come Sunday night and you still have that bag of __________ lying around…..do what you have to do. Just get rid of the stuff. For some of you who like your coffee light and sweet and can’t bear the thought of giving up the bean altogether, take this week to figure out an alternative. Some swear by coconut milk, but just read labels, they sneak all kinds of sugar in things. Cook more. We make it easy. We have produce delivered once a week and we can get you all the grass-fed goodness you can handle.
I haven’t had to grocery shop in months. Start planning now. For those of you veterans, I would love to hear what you are planning on doing differently this time. Share any tips you have from how to avert mental breakdowns, tips on dealing with peer pressure, favorite recipes etc. More details coming soon!
