Since the beginning, trying to keep up with my curiosities within CrossFit has been difficult. There is a vast sea of knowledge that pours out from the main website and so many things grab my attention. There are so many things to try and they are all CrossFit! I have been trying to practice bridging as often as possible, in my warm-ups or cool-downs. Raising my feet onto the box has helped considerably. I am trying to extend my legs, pushing out into my shoulders. My neck could be more neutral. Check out what its supposed to look like here.

We now have three tire sled dragging set-ups! Two of them have a platform to add weight or people. We still need a couple lighter ones, but you can drag them as a team as well!
Oh yeah! Finally got my banded squats figured out! Explosive strength here I come!
Performing Eva this week, I almost had my first tear ever! I’ve been holding onto that bit of pride for a while now. I’m not sure if that takes my ‘no tear’ status.
