The Running Clock

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Here are two classic teaching progressions for learning the kipping pull up.  Do you have a pull up bar at home to practice?  I started in the door frame…you can still kip with bent legs!

Come tonight to the video presentation of the Nutrition Seminar from Mat Lalonde about the Paleolithic Diet.  We will start the viewing at dark, around 7pm, and will last about 2 and a half hours.  We encourage you to bring some good food and drink.  And please remember this is a taped lecture, so bring your pad and pencil:)
