Our definition of health is Increased work capacity across broad time, modal and age domains. This is different than the definition of fitness, which only includes work capacities across broad time and modal domains. In case you missed that, the differnce is the age domain.
This is our goal, to make you as fit as possible for as long as possible!
For the first time, the CrossFit Games are hosting the Masters Division to crown the fittest male and female over the age of 50. This is what really gets me fired up!
