Heres how this works: Starting with pull ups, you will perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and repeat for a total of 8 rounds (or 4 minutes). You will then go immediately into the same routine for the pushups, then sit ups and finally squats. You will perform 4 minutes of work on each exercise before moving onto the next movement, so the total workout takes16 minutes. There is no additional rest between exercises, so move quick!
Add the lowest number of reps from each exercise for your total score.
For example, my worst round of pushups was 5 reps, squats 6, pull ups 1 rep and sit ups 8 reps, then my total score would be 20.
