3 Burpees
1 Rope Climb
100 Meter Sprint
12 KB Swings

Notes: One partner works while the other rests. Try to sprint through the rounds.
L1: 8 ring rows/12/8kg
L2: Climb as high as possible, 16/12kg
Rx: 24/16kg
Rx+: Legless, 32/24kg

Cool Down

Banded Lat Stretch
Mash Traps and upper back with bar and/or lacrosse bar
