20 Pull-Ups
30 Push-Ups
40 Sit-Ups
50 Squats

3 minute rest between rounds.

Notes: This is a “board” workout please keep quality standards. Scale the pull-ups to banded or ring rows as needed. Sit-ups should involve touching your hands behind your head and the top of the toes.
