Warmup

Run 400m or Row 350m

2 Rounds:
10 Russian Baby makers
25 Banded Good Mornings
8 Ring Rows

Strength

Spend 10 minutes working up to a 2RM on the deadlift
Then- complete 60 chin ups for time (6 minute time cap)
Notes: Use bands as necessary on Chin ups, Rx and Rx+ athletes do chin up chest to bar.  

Conditioning

Complete 4 Rounds for time:

6 Hang Power Snatch
8 Overhead Squat
10 Ring Dips
400 meter run
Notes: L1: DB snatch 15/10, DB OH Squat, Bench Dips
L2: 45/35 (Do not drop empty bar), Bench Dips
Rx: 115/75
Rx+:135/95
18 minute time cap.

Cool Down

Stretch Glutes
Mash Quads with Barbell
Stretch Shoulders
Arch Hold 3x30s
