Yoga Returns

Beginning May 5, we will also be bringing back Yoga classes. Classes will be held every Thursday at 11 & noon in MDR and Sunday 7pm at Venice.

Come reset your mind-body-soul with yoga! Teaching methods include a mixture of guided yoga postures, breath-work, and light adjustments from an instructor specializing in yoga therapy!

Release muscle tightness and decrease stress levels to promote general well-being and vitality.

This class is appropriate for all levels. Classes are paced slower to allow time to emphasize proper alignment. Modifications offered for those with limitations in mobility or specific conditions.

The class will be taught by Missy Kai Hoffman.

Missy was inspired to teach by finding relief from her own chronic health issues with a regular yoga practice. She is now a Los Angeles-based yoga instructor specializing in yoga therapy. Known for her gentle and integrative approach using techniques based in yoga therapy, Missy serves as a guide to empower her clients in restoring balance and ease to their mind, body, and spirit.
