2) Clean Pull off platform 80% 3×3

3) Clean Deadlift Max

4) Clean Pull 85% 3×3

Tuesday –4/5

1) Muscle Snatch 3×5 Moderate to Heavy weight

2) High Hang Power Snatch 80% 5×2-3

3) Snatch Pull 90% 3×3-5

4) Push Press 5×5 Heavy weight

5)Rounded Back Deadlift 3×10 light to medium weight

Thursday-4/7

1)Snatch Pull+Snatch+Overhead Squat 80% 5×2+2+2

2)Snatch Pull off Block 110-130% 5×3

3)Jerk from Rack Max, 80-85% 3×2

4)Behind the Neck Snatch Grip Pullup 3×5-15 with weight if possible

5)Leg Raise 3×30-50

Friday – 4/8

1)Power Snatch Max, 80-85% 2×2

2)Power Clean Max, 80-85% 2×2

3)Drop Snatch 5×3 50-60%

4)Prone Bench Row 3×10-15

5)Bench Press 5×3 Heavy

Saturday-4/9

1)Clean off block 5×2 85%

2)Clean Pull 5×3 80%

3)Front Squat 3×3 85-90%

4)Hyperextension 3×10-15 with weight

5)Box Jump 3×3 High Box
