3) Snatch Deadlift 3×7 100% (% of snatch)

4) Snatch Grip Push Press 3×5 Heavy

Tuesday –3/8

1)Front Squat 5×4 75-80%

2)Front Squat Dip 3×3 120-140%

3)Clean off Block (3 sec. pause at bottom) 3×4 75-80%

4)Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlift 3×10 moderate weight

5)Prone Bench Row 3×10-15
