PCF University classes are 6-week specialty classes designed by our expert coaches to help you improve one specific area of health and fitness through an immersive experience. Classes are held once per week and include “homework” that you can do outside of class to rapidly improve in a specific area of focus.

In this Nutrition Course for Busy people, learn what and when to eat to get leaner, stronger and improve your workout performance….even with a busy lifestyle.?

Emma took a previous PCF University Nutrition course and her before and after pictures are above. “I decided to sign up for PCFU Nutrition when I was 2 months out of completing my first long-distance triathlon. I wanted to learn how to better fuel my body for endurance training and simultaneously shed some extra body fat before my race. Matt helped me hone in on my personal goals and choose an individualized program that best suited my lifestyle (I’m a vegetarian). He was not judgmental nor preachy when talking food. Instead, he encouraged me to set realistic goals and held me accountable by sending reminder messages throughout the week. I felt great during my training and crushed my goal race time by 33 minutes. Not to mention that I shed about 4 lbs. during the course, as well.
