1) Front Squat Max, -10-20 kilos 3×2

2) Front Squat Dip 110-130% 3×3

3) Power Snatch off Block Max, 85% 2×2

4) Push Press Max, 80%x5, 3×2 90%

Thursday – 10/29

1) Snatch Max, -10-20 kilos 3×2

2) Snatch Pull 3×3 105%

3) Back Squat 2 rep max, -10-20 kilos 3×2, 85%x5

4) Hyper extension 3×5 with weight

Friday – 10/30

1) Power Clean and Jerk 90%x1, 85% 2×2

2) Clean Pull 90% 3×3

3) Overhead Squat 3×3 90%

4) Behind the Neck Snatch Grip Pullup 3×5-10

5) Broad Jump Jump 5×3

 

Saturday-10/31

1) Power Snatch 85% 3×2

2) Snatch Pull 100-120 5×3

3) Hyperextension 3×10

4) Bench Press 5×5

5) Sprints 5×15 Yards
