4) Hyperextension with 3 sec. pause- 3×8 (5-10lbs. heavier) with weight on back

Tuesday – 4/21

1) Snatch off the block- 5×3 75% (speed)

2) Snatch Pull off the block- 5×3 105%

3) High Hang Snatch High Pull- 50% 3×5

4) Bent Over Row- 3×8 (5-10lbs. heavier)

5) Box Jump 3×5 (medium height)

 Thursday – 4/23

1) Power Clean +Front Squat- 5 x 3+2 @ 80%

2) Clean Deadlift+Clean Pull- 3×2+1 100%

3) Jerk 3×3 80%

4) Hatch Squat Cycle Week 6 Day 2

Friday – 4/24

1) Snatch-5×3 85%

2) Clean & Jerk- 5×2  80%

3) Romanian Deadlift 3×8 5-10lbs heavier

4) Bench Press 3×8 85%

5) Hyperextension with 3 sec. pause-3×8 no weight

6)Broad Jump- 3×5

Saturday- 4/25

1) Power Snatch- 3×3 80%

2) Power Clean- 3×3 75% (speed)

3) Clean Pull off Block 3×3 100%

4) Good Morning- 3×8 (10lbs heavier)

5)Overhand Pullups- 3×5-10

6)Sprints 6×25 yards
