Gymnastics Class 7pm- Venice

Mobility:

10-15 reps of each:
Bird Dogs
Fire Hydrants
Prone Snow angels (2.5 lb weights)
Gristle/Groiners/ Samson stretch

Warm-up:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Mountain Climbers (Right + Left = 1 rep)
Flutter Kicks (2 count)
Jumping Jacks

Conditioning

As many rounds and reps in 35 minutes of:
Run 200 meters with Med ball (20/14)
2 rounds of:
10 Med ball Cleans
10 Box jump overs (24/20)
10 Pull ups
-then-
Run 200 meters with Med ball
2 rounds of:
10 Wall balls
10 Burpee Box jumps
10 Toes to bar

 Scale for continual movement.  Sub tuck ups as needed.

 Cool down:

2 rounds:
1 minute plank hold
10-15 Hip extensions
Then:

Roll out calves, glutes and quads
