Mobility:

Shoulder mobility w/ Theraband
2x:
:30 sec Handstand hold
10 Overhead squats
10 T-Push ups

Strength:

15 minutes to work up to a heavy “Shankle Complex”- DEMO
-3 Hang Clean Shrugs

-1 Squat Clean
-2 Jerks

Conditioning:

7 rounds for total reps of:
30 Seconds ME Double-unders
30 Seconds ME Power snatch 115/75#

Rest 1 minute between rounds.

Notes: May substitute with single unders.

Cool down:

Row 500 meters
50 Sit ups
50 Arch rocks

Ingredients:

1/2 cup arrowroot powder

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 medium eggs

2 Tablespoons water

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

13 ounces organic, fire-roasted diced tomatoes

fresh basil (serving day)

Directions:

Preheat oven to at 375 degrees. On a rimmed plate, mix together arrowroot, sea salt, minced garlic, basil and oregano. Whisk together eggs and water in a bowl. Dredge chicken in egg and then coat in in the arrowroot mixture.  Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Simmer fire-roasted tomatoes in a saucepan. Top chicken with fire-roasted tomatoes and fresh basil.

Freezing Directions:

On a rimmed plate, mix together arrowroot, sea salt, minced garlic, basil and oregano. Whisk together eggs and water in a bowl. Dredge chicken in egg and then coat in in the arrowroot mixture. Flash freeze for 30 minutes. Place in indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze. To serve: Thaw. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Simmer fire-roasted tomatoes in a saucepan. Top chicken with fire-roasted tomatoes and fresh basil.
