2 Rounds:
10 Scapular Push Ups
10 Push Ups (tempo)
10 Lat Activations
10 Bird Dogs (each side)
20 Squats


10 minutes to establish a 1RM Push Press.
-Rest 3 Minutes, then perform:

2 x ME Unbroken Muscle-Ups or 1 set each of ME Pushups/Pullups
-Rest as needed between sets (at least 4:00)


4 Rounds of:
12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups -or- Regular Pull Ups
25 Wall Balls (20/14)
-15 minute Time Cap-

Cool Down

2 Rounds:
External Rotation w/ Theraband x 15
10 PVC Dislocates
Bottom of Squat, 1 minute


We are going to the Games.  It is completely surreal.  At the same time, the entire team has processed it and is back to work as if nothing has changed. In fact, we were already back at work, more fired up than ever for next year. But now next year is THIS year, and its pretty…

fucking…cool.  I have a lot more that I want to say about all this, but right now I am completely exhausted from the TRIPLE day our team just went through.

  It is going to be a brutal few weeks, but we are excited and all of the support from our members has been amazing.  We can not wait to represent Paradiso on the biggest stage.
