8 Mile Saturday Run Club – MDR/Venice

8 Miles (<90 minute) – Easy Tempo  run

This is the last run before the LA Marathon and the start of our Taper Week.  This run is meant to be easy and should be kept under 90 minutes.

We will start at the PCF Venice gym and head to the boardwalk and run south to MDR and back (~4 miles), then run north to Santa Monica Pier and back (~4 miles). (map of estimated route here)
