Mobility Craft Night!!!

We will be hosting a “Mobility Craft Night” at the Box on Sunday, November 18, 2012 during normal open gym hours (4:30-6:30 PM).  Our goal has been, and always will be, to coach the athletes at our box to move fast, efficient, and powerful, while staying as safe and healthy as possible.  I guarantee we spend more time on mobility than other boxes do, but that still does not mean we spend enough time foam rolling, stretching, and mashing out our tight, problem areas.

The intention of this event is to make tools for the purpose of mobility that we can use at home.  Many of the tools that we will be “crafting” together are things you have probably used exclusively at the box.  They include:  lacrosse ball, peanut, voodoo floss, thera-bands, foam roller, stretching straps.  There will be  a Coach present to assist  and provide instruction(s) to go along with each tool, so you can do your mobility homework!

Please RSVP as soon as you can, so we can get a solid count on how much supplies we will need.
