Mobility/Warm-up:
6 rounds, 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest:
Single unders

Rack mobility, 1 minute
15 Hip extensions
15 Ghd Sit ups

Strength:
7x 1 Power clean and Push jerk, rest 60 seconds.

Work up to a heavy, but technically sound power clean and jerk.

Workout:
4 rounds for total working time and total reps of C2B pull-ups:
50 Double unders
10 Push jerks (115/75)
Rest 30 seconds
Max effort unbroken chest to bar pull-ups
*Rest 1 minute before starting next round

Cool down:
25 Evil wheels
1 minute of each:
Calf stretch
Quad on wall
Active hang
