Mobility:
Jog 800 meters
10 Wall Extensions
10 Dislocates
German Hang, accumulate 30 seconds

Gymnastics Warmup:
15 minutes to perform 3-5 rounds of the following:

3 max Handstand walking attempts OR 5 Kick up to Handstands
Tuck L sit on Rings OR Ring Support, 10 seconds
3 Muscle-up Ring rows
5 Press to Headstand OR Press to Handstand Progressions

Workout of the Day:

30 muscle ups for time

OR

5 Rounds of
3 muscle ups or progressions
15 Wall Balls

*18 min cutoff for both

For either workout, if you have mastered the Muscle up ring row, try the Muscle up with a band.  If you choose to perform the 30 muscle ups with a progression, work for form, not for time.  For the second option, perform the band if possible or the progression with your feet on the floor and a dip.

Cool Down:
3 position static wall extensions, 30 seconds each
Quad on Wall, 60 seconds each
German Hang, accumulate 30 seconds

Yessss!  I wrote about wanting to make this video almost exactly a month ago and I’m stoked we have the first version!  Thanks to everyone that donated their personal footage and a BIG thanks to Zeb for all of his footage!  You can hear him yelling his classic, “Up!  Up!” in so many of the videos.  I cannot understate how important it is to film yourself for instructional purposes!  Let alone, how incredibly entertaining it is to watch yourself (and others) fail!  This is how we improve!  We learn at the margin of our experiences and our abilities.  Just another day at the gym!  Keep sending the videos so we can make another one.  Stay safe and keep up the good work!
