CrossFit 201- Nutrition Discussion

We are bringing back the CrossFit 201, Wednesday, April 4th, at 830 pm. 

Come in and nerd out about CrossFit, Fitness, Health, and most pertinently, Nutrition.  Just what are these Paleo-Zone things people are always talking about? 

We aim to continuously improve the 201 Lecture, giving you a glimpse into why we eat the way we do, and why CrossFit is so awesome.  If you just graduated On Ramp, need a refresher on our methods and aims, or are curious about our little world in general, come on by!
