30 seconds of jumping rope
7 Wall squats
7 Kettlebell swings
Shoulder Prep
7 Heavier Kettlebell swings
7 Bar taps
7 Pull ups

Set up stations, load up your kettlebell, and practice double unders

Five rounds for time of:
20 Pull ups
30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
40 Double unders

Rest as needed

Cool down with
Cat stretch on the box
Pigeon on the box
