Congratulations to the 15 brave athletes that survived the PCF Beach Cruiser Triathalon yesterday!

  Thank you to all the volunteers that provided ocean support, waded through the rivers to capture footage and cheered on the athletes!  An especially big thank you to Sandy for opening up her house to all of us and making this event possible.  I know many more of you wish you could have been there, but this will not be our last event by a long shot!

  Part of our charter is to not just get you fit, but to give you the opportunity to take advantage of your health and fitness outside of the gym.  Be sure to check out the cool new feature on the website, the Upcoming Events box on the right side, as we will always be adding new events!

As we enter the holiday season, we are entering a new phase at Paradiso CrossFit.  We have been working hard behind the scenes to provide as much opportunity to not only participate in different events, but to have access to quality training.  Almost three months ago, we began to introduce assistant trainers into our busier classes and open gym times.  These dedicated PCF members and CrossFitters are the people that make our gym special.  Together we are looking to develop their coaching skills and provide you with an opportunity to receive more individualized coaching.

  As we release the details of this new program this week, I wanted to first announce that, thanks to these new Trainers in Training, we will be open EVERY day over this Holiday week!  Check the schedule on the left for the hours we will be open.

Smiles, chills, a rubber arm and flippers…whatever it takes!
