Today is another unique challenge in midline stabiltiy.  It’s all about how well you can maintain that tight body positon while locomoting forward as opposed to squatting in one place.  We don’t want to see sagging low backs and wild arms overhead!

Accomodations and concessions will have to be made so we will be utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, and plates as needed.  If you’ve never farmer carried with barbells, you are in for a treat as this demands grip strength, balance, coordination, and quick feet.

Remember to warm up those shoulders and wrists first and then get ‘er done!
