Classic Crossfit Moves | Back Extensions Technique


Back extensions are performed on the GHD machine (Glut Ham Developer). Set up with your feet between the ankle cushions and your hips on the main pad (Not in front of the pad). Cross your hands over the chest and move down to the bottom position. As you come back up roll the back purposefully surrendering the lumbar spine. One good variation that you can try is using dumbells from the upright standing position. Bend at the waist and roll your spine back up, same as on the GHD machine.
